Logging onto Mango using Single Sign On. Web Browser & Mobile Phone
If SSO has already been enabled, skip to item 5
1 - You will receive an email from noreply@mangolive.com, the same as the email below containing a link.
2 - Click on the link within the email, if you aren’t at one of our main offices, you will be prompted to verify the login via the Authenticator App, or Text. (MFA)
3 - On the next page, press the ‘Microsoft’ button.
4 - Once the page has confirmed this has been set up successfully it will log you in.
5 - To open Mango Navigate to - https://my.mangolive.com/
6 - Select the Microsoft button -
7 - If you are NOT at one of the main offices, you will be you will be prompted to verify the login via the Authenticator App, or Text. (MFA).
Mobile Phone
The Mango app is pre-installed on all mobile phones, and tablets assigned to a specific person.
1 - Open the Mango app.
2 - Press ‘Sign in with Microsoft’ you may be prompted to verify the login via the Authenticator.
3 - Once authenticated, you will be prompted to set a 4 digit pin. This will allow you to access the app quickly without having to use your email and password.
