How to request a service item.

What is a service item? A service item can range from a laptop to a piece of software like Microsoft project that you require to carry out your day to day job, We will supply the service item required.

Open the following link - Support : McConnell and click on request a service.

Pick from the selection which item you are looking for.

For example I will pick a request for a wireless mouse.

Once you have clicked on request for wireless mouse you will be prompt with the next screen.

We need to know as much information as possible to meet your required needs so please enter the information required as it is very important.

You can also request for someone if required.

Then click place request.

You will get an email like this regarding your request.
